Lauren practices health care law focusing on health care transactions and
regulatory and compliance matters. She assists hospitals and other health care
providers in structuring their business arrangements and addressing the
multitude of operational issues they face. She also regularly advises clients
on matters involving health information privacy and HIPAA compliance,
electronic medical records contracting, consent to treatment, the Stark law,
Anti-kickback and related laws.
