Keith has substantial experience in complex commercial litigation matters in a variety of contexts, including business torts, injunctive proceedings, legal malpractice defense, and claims against directors and officers. He has served as lead counsel in the defense of numerous class actions. He has tried multiple significant matters to conclusion in litigation and in arbitration proceedings. He also regularly represents broker-dealers and investment professionals in the litigation, arbitration, and regulatory arenas. Keith has been involved in evidentiary injunctive matters in the Arizona courts on a broad range of issues, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, theft of trade secrets, and restrictive covenants.
Prior to joining Coppersmith, Schermer & Brockelman, Keith practiced for 20 years at Lewis and Roca, LLP. At times during his tenure there he led the Class Action Practice Group and was also the leader of the Professional Liability Defense Group.

remove sham candidates from the ballot

allowing incorporation of a town near Grand Canyon, as well as
injunctive litigation challenging the election results
