Our counseling practice includes advising management about all manner of workplace problems and compliance with state and federal employment laws, drafting employment and separation agreements, preparation and review of policies, and conducting or directing internal investigations.

Our active litigation practice involves defending employers against employment-related claims in all state and federal courts and agencies. We also frequently prosecute or defend lawsuits arising out of the activities of former employees, including alleged breaches of restrictive covenants or fiduciary duties.
