Lauren practices health care law focusing on health care transactions and
regulatory and compliance. She assists health care entities in structuring
their business arrangements and regularly advises hospitals, systems and other
providers on matters involving provider and professional licensing, physician
credentialing, consent to treatment, health information privacy and fraud and
abuse. Lauren is a co-author of the 2009 Consent and Health Information
Resource Manual.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
- Lauren has represented a variety of hospitals in matters including
negligent credentialing actions brought by patients, disputes with payor and
contract issues between hospitals and physicians and physician practice
groups. She also has experience representing health care entities in
enforcement actions with the Arizona Department of Health Services and the
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, as well as health care providers
in licensing actions before administrative panels.
